• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
• Rates are net price include to 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax.
• Daily breakfast is included.
• A  30% deposit is required to guarantee the booking,
• Deposit is collected via e-mail or on the phone with secure payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American express)

Check-in & Check-out times

• Check-in time is from 1:00 pm. Early check-in is Free of charge subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 12:00 pm . Late check-out is Free of charge 
• Luggage will be kept in the storage as long as necessary before the room is available or until guest’s departure.

Cancellations

• If the booking is cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges. 
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show , 50% of the deposit will be charged
